1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not violate laws, gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, or copy website content without permission.

2. Products

We supply loose lab-grown diamonds, lab-created gemstones, moissanite, hydrothermal emeralds, and other synthetic gemstones for jewelry manufacturing, wholesale, and custom gemstone applications. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith but may vary slightly due to production, lighting, photography, or display settings.

3. Product Specifications

Stone sizes are nominal and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. Carat weight is approximate and depends on material and cutting proportions. Colors may vary slightly between batches or displays. Non-standard sizes and custom cuts may require longer production times and different pricing. These characteristics are not defects.

4. Product Representation

Product photos, videos, color charts, and descriptions are for reference only. Minor variations in color, dimensions, polishing, facet alignment, and appearance are normal. If precise color matching or dimensional consistency is required, please contact us before ordering.

5. Custom Orders

We offer custom gemstone manufacturing, including non-standard sizes, special cutting styles, and customized gemstone specifications. Once production begins, custom products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before production.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or revise pricing and availability without prior notice. If a significant error affects an order, we will contact the customer.

7. Pricing

Prices may change due to raw material costs, exchange rates, or market conditions. Taxes, import duties, and local fees are excluded unless stated otherwise.

8. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed after payment or written agreement. Deposits, tooling fees, or sample charges may apply to custom production.

9. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, force majeure, or other events beyond our control.

10. Import Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for import regulations, duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other local taxes unless otherwise agreed.

11. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-cut gemstones and non-standard products are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

12. Intellectual Property

All product photos, gemstone images, color charts, cut diagrams, text, graphics, logos, catalogs, and website content are the property of Guangzhou Luster Jewelry Co., Ltd. and may not be used without written permission.
